Painted Rock proprietor John Skinner welcomes Chef Chris Van Hooydonk to Painted Rock for a dining experience inspired by the season. Chef’s culinary philosophy involves using thoughtfully grown and locally sourced ingredients that represent the beauty and bounty of the South Okanagan. Backyard Farm will be creating a unique four-course plated dinner menu which will be excellently paired with Painted Rock wines, both from the current releases and John’s private library and accompanied by live music.
