From the day the doors opened in 2017, St. Lawrence has garnered rave reviews, critical acclaim and numerous accolades and is currently one of the most celebrated restaurants in Canada. St. Lawrence is proud to have been awarded One Star in the inaugural Vancouver MICHELIN Guide in 2022, and again in 2023.
It’s also somewhat of a homecoming for Poplar Grove’s F&B Manager, Michael Ziff as he was entrusted with opening St. Lawrence for J-C. Michael spent the first year of its life establishing the service to match J-C’s passion for cooking. And Poplar Grove’s Executive Chef Stacy Johnston will support the evening with her talented culinary team.
