Löyly at Mckinley Beach will host Elysha Herridge on June 21, 2024 from 7:30 to 9:30pm for a two-hour immersive experience. With the use of quartz and brass singing bowls, chimes, and breathwork, Elysha will guide attendees into a relaxing and meditative state, while enjoying the benefits of the sauna and plunge pool.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, balancing your bodi’s frequencies and aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns.  Other benefits from sound bowls and meditation are plentiful and include a reduction in stress, pain, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and tension headaches. 

The vibration of the sound waves can induce a meditative state while the body is brought into resonant balance.
