On July 5th, Soe will be hosting @scoutvineyard to hang behind the bar and pour their new releases and vintages. Vinyl set by Soe Sound System, and a la carte dishes to share.

Founded by four friends in 2018, Scout is a glowing example of farm-first winemaking, with their shared vision for regenerative farming informing their minimalist winemaking practices. A healthy ecosystem results in healthier yeast and microbe populations which result in more complex and alive spontaneous ferments. They keep their winemaking minimal to maintain this diverse ecology in the wines and to express the place it is grown in the clearest way possible. The care and attention to detail that Scout puts into their land to promote healthy ecosystems shines through in their wines that are just full of life.
