Chef Paul and his team from BRODO Kitchen in Penticton are joining Lightning Rock for a formal 5-course plated pop-up feast. This creative custom menu will feature a refreshing gazpacho, decadent duck from Yarrow Meadows, a tantalizing seafood ceviche, locally foraged asparagus, and white chocolate mousse, all set to pair with new releases and library wine selections from the Lightning Rock portfolio.
